Values exploration
Values work begins with an organization’s most valuable asset: its people. When an organization and its people articulate a shared set of values, the mutual commitment creates a sustainable culture of trust and confidence. It strengthens relationships and reputation – to the gain of the organization, its people, its customers, and all of its stakeholders.
Our Values Workshops are designed for multiple audiences including leadership teams, emerging leaders, boards, departments or business units, and entire organizations. The workshops provide a safe and creative space to reflect on personal core values and the intersection between an individual’s values and those of the organization. Using Value Reflection Cards which are designed for maximum interaction and meaningful conversations, participants leave with practical tools for demonstrating their values, personally and professionally.
